We pride ourselves on being able to provide our customers with extremely competitive rates! We don't believe computer support should break the bank.

We also don't believe in charging ridiculously priced call out charges! That's why if you live in Ilkley our call out charge is FREE and for those outside Ilkley the charge is kept to a minimum.

If you are looking for assistance with your PC or even help to install something, get in touch we are always happy to discuss your needs and agree a fee.

We are contactable between 9am and 6pm weekdays, with evening visits until 9pm and weekend callouts available on request. All prices include call-out charges unless stated beforehand.

£80 (inc VAT) for complete OS re-install (no data backup)
£100 (inc VAT) for complete OS re-install (data backup and restore)

PC Installation

£50 (inc VAT) to install your PC
£70 (inc VAT) to install your PC, Anti-Virus & Spyware software , remove unnecessary software, connect to the internet **, configure your e-mail.

* PC has to turn/come on with the operating system present, excludes any parts required to repair.
** You will need to already have an account with an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Please ask for assistance if you are unsure about how to go about this.
