Warren was IT Manager for a local computing firm before leaving to take on Ilkley IT Services full time. As the IT Manager his responsibilities included the smooth running of the entire IT infrastructure, from computer security to network management to fixing computers. This has given Warren invaluable experience in many areas of computing.

Warren also runs Ilkley's most popular online forum www.ilkley-more.com . Launched in 2002, ilkley-more.com has grown into a fantastic place for locals and visitors to get all the news and gossip on what is going on in the town.

Ken Hamilton
Ken has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years, starting as a test and repair engineer, progressing to customer support and then technical support manager for a major UK firm. Ken then pursued a career as the technical sales manager for a global information provider. These roles have given Ken invaluable experience in many areas of computing.

Ken has provided much needed support to home and business users within the Ilkley area for the past 4 years and now in partnership with Warren will be able to expand and offer more support and service.
